This site lets you enter your own personal registration information at your convenience to begin the process using My ProConnect.

How do I start?

To begin just click "Start Registration". Then you MUST complete the next (2nd) screen so the system knows who you are and your email to permit you to return if you need to in order to complete entering all of the information. Note that the * tells you which boxes you must enter – these are required information.

How do I return?

When you want to return, just enter your email address at the bottom of screen 1.
There are a total of seven (7) screens. You may return at anytime after you fill out page 1.

Why would I need to return?

You may need to come back to these screens for a number of reasons. It is an option we have provided below as a convenience for you in the event you were interrupted or just needed to gather more information. We needs some very specific and detailed information about you so take your time and enjoy the process.

What information do I need to gather and enter?
