THE FOUNDER
Work is a big part of our daily life so it really makes sense to consider how it
impacts the quality of life. No matter what kind of company we work for, each of
us has the opportunity to make a difference and to have an impact on the way we
and our coworkers experience each day and how we treat each other and our
customers. Together we have the opportunity to make choices that can help form a
better work environment and really make customers happy and have fun doing it.
I started ProNex in 2001 with the intention of doing business different for our
team and our customers. I wanted to be a part of a company that had the voice of
the customer in our products and services. So we came up with the name ProNex
which means professional nexus or the connection.
I wanted our team and customers to experience a true connection to a group of
professional's that brought enterprise solutions to all different size
companies. I wanted to exceed the expectations of ever single customer no matter
what it took. I wanted to be around a team of people and customers who were
authentic and sincere about building solid business relationships and who were
committed to taking worthwhile products and services to the market. I have
always believed and I am still convinced that doing this sort of thing would
insure that the customer would never leave us.
Our business would not be driven by our quarterly numbers and or impressing some
analyst on Wall Street. Our success would depend on how long the customer stayed
with us and if they told their friends about us. So we have set out to do the
work, build our business and make ProNex the best place to work for and the best
place to do business with.

deliver the most cost-effective, forward-thinking solution appropriate to your
