LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER


No matter what kind of company we work for, each of us has the opportunity to make a difference, to have an impact on the way we and our co-workers experience each day, and to evaluate how we treat our customers. Together we have the opportunity to make choices that can help form a better work environment, really make customers happy, and have fun doing it.

I started ProNex in 2001 with the intention of doing business in a different way, both for our team and our customers. I wanted to be a part of a company that had the voice of the customer in our products and services. So, we came up with the name ProNex which is a contraction of the term “professional nexus,” meaning to connect.

I wanted to exceed the expectations of every single healthcare customer, no matter what it might take to achieve that goal. I have always believed, and I’m still convinced, that providing quality products and services, and being responsive will insure that our customers become long time clients.

In order to do this, we need to first understand your business’ strengths, goals, and challenges, and we have to get to know your business, as customers, and as individuals with whom we’ll be working. You tell us your expectations, and we’ll listen, analyze, and then deliver the most costeffective, forward-thinking solution for your practice. We will respond to your needs, but also anticipate them.
