Fred D. Pira - President & CEO
A career that spans 20 years of successful sales, sales management, marketing, business development and channel management experience. As the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of ProNex, Inc. since 2001, his mission is to drive the company's global leadership in the IT business consulting and managed services markets with innovative offerings, including My ProConnect, the web enabled tool for health professionals and their patients/clients. He holds a Master of Management degree from North Park University, Chicago, Illinois, and also maintains certificates in Marketing of Services and Organizational Development.

JoAnn Becker - Chief Operations Officer
MS, MBA, PMP Career spans over 20 years in business and technology in consulting, health care, government, financial services, manufacturing, and education with a focus of helping organizations achieve their goals. She is helping launch the Ground Floor Entrepreneur Center (helps businesses start and grow), was the initial program manager CCHIT (Certification Commission for Health Information Technology), led an electronic banking service startup consortium funded by the14 largest US cash management banks, led network services for Citibank Illinois, ran a data center for Corning, Inc., been a product manager, led multiple applications development programs, and performed in various roles in consulting both in technology and business.

Ryan Clark - Chief Software Architect
A Microsoft Certified Professional with over 10 years of professional experience in Information Technology consulting with a talent for understanding the business needs and goals, and building software to support them. He has successfully implemented enterprise-wide business applications from mid-sized manufacturing companies to large US Defense contractors. He has also engineered and deployed a range of custom applications in the real estate, transportation, and manufacturing, and retail verticals.
