  With My ProConnect, patients and clients can use a PC,  or Smart Phone to enter information about the food they eat, exercises they do, or supplements they take along with general information that has to be tracked by the physician. .

I simply use my PC to connect to a private website where I can enter my health care information and look up my doctor's latest advice and treatment plans. I can also send private messages and health information to my doctor over the secure connection without worrying about someone else seeing them.
