Documentation, regulatory changes and incentive program criteria shouldn’t stand in the way of delivering quality care and maximizing financial performance. Let our technology do the heavy lifting, turning your practice’s challenges into strengths. As healthcare shifts from fee-for-service to pay-for-performance models, practices that adapt to the change will be well-positioned to continue caring for patients and improving their bottom line.
The CORE is a revolutionary Care Management System that utilizes an interactive web-based delivery system to support physicians and their staff in the science, business, and art of delivering care for medically-supervised treatments. It helps coordinate care for patients and was developed and supported by an experienced healthcare and business team. The CORE program brings clinical and business tools together for primary care physicians to ensure the best clinical and practice incomes.
The CORE system was created to enable primary care physicians to manage health conditions of patients through the use of innovative technology. The CORE system enhances individual care, optimizes patient relationship management, and improves clinician productivity. The CORE system arms the provider with the necessary tools to deliver effective and efficient treatments.
A unique communications platform allowing archived and confidential coordinated care between health professionals and patients.
An interactive education platform for patients to learn new habits and information, maximizing their success.
A complete billing system, including assisted CPT coding, which identifies treatment-specific services that professionals can provide for maximum reimbursement.
The CORE enables two-way communication between the patient and the provider through a web-based system. Traditional healthcare technologies do not empower the patient to communicate with the provider, making it a confusing and intimidating conversation for patients. Typically, patients are able to view clinical data, such as labs and x-rays, and update demographics, but they are unable to send any clinical data back to the provider. With any patient treatment, the collection of data is intensive and critical. Integration of pertinent history directly into the system significantly reduces the amount of time the clinic staff has to spend keying in data. Upon the patient’s arrival to the clinic, the staff will only need to verify and clarify the information.
This also allows the provider to be more effective at interviewing the patient since most of the answers are in the system.
