Innovative communication platform

The CORE enables two-way communication between the patient and the provider through a web-based system. Traditional healthcare technologies do not empower the patient to communicate with the provider, making it a confusing and intimidating conversation for patients. Typically, patients are able to view clinical data, such as labs and x-rays, and update demographics, but they are unable to send any clinical data back to the provider. With any patient treatment, the collection of data is intensive and critical. Integration of pertinent history directly into the system significantly reduces the amount of time the clinic staff has to spend keying in data. Upon the patient’s arrival to the clinic, the staff will only need to verify and clarify the information.
